Transport facilities for the foreign participants will be provided from the Colombo International Airport to Conference venue and return by the Conference Organizers.

For all the participants transport will be provided from the hotels to the conference venue and return. There is a shuttle bus service from the conference venue to all the hotels throughout the conference day. Transport will be provided for conference dinner venue from the university and the hotels.

However, local participants have to organize their transport facilities from their places to hotels or to conference venue (if they come directly to conference venue) by their own.

Visa Requirements to Sri Lanka

All the overseas participants have to obtain BUSINESS VISA form the Sri Lankan Embassy or High Commission in the respective countries. The conference authorities will send Invitation Letters to the respective participants after confirming their participation.
